CoolmathGames.com, the leading “fun + thinking” gaming site with over 2 million daily players on desktop and mobile web, is looking for a Game Prototyping Intern to build from scratch and iterate on a simple block-based 3D game concept. This paid internship will last for four weeks with the possibility of extending based on the success of the project.

This internship will be for 25 hours a week, for four weeks. You’ll work 2 days per week from our office near Grand Central, and remotely for the remainder. The goal is to quickly iterate through several gameplay concepts over the course of the internship so that we can ‘find the fun’ and feel confident in the game design. If successful, the design will then be used to create an online multiplayer game exclusively for the Coolmath Games website. The compensation for this position is $20/hour.

Connected Camps is a not-for profit organization providing connected learning experiences that foster creativity, problem solving, collaboration and interest-driven learning. Our mission is to build a global online community where kids build, code, play, and learn from one another. We tap the power of youth tech experts to teach and mentor, and have served thousands of kids through our online and community-based programs.
The Virtual Counselor guides, mentors, and teaches online classes of youth campers. They act as a primary instructor and moderator in various programs, promoting and supporting the personal development of their campers. They also mentor a small group of volunteer counselors who provide programmatic support for campers.

The play2PREVENT Lab is looking for a Postgraduate Associate to join our ever growing team. The primary focus of this position is on the team member easily developing comfort in the use of our videogame technologies and being able to train community partners on the use of those technologies in schools and other settings.
